1. product introduction
This product is a one-component room temperature neutral curing adhesive, which is specially used for flame retardant fixation of electronic components. It has good aging resistance, high and low temperature resistance (-60~+200oC), moisture resistance and other properties. It has no corrosion to various metal materials and plastics, excellent heat conductivity and excellent adhesion, and the flame retardant grade reaches UL94V-0 grade. The colloid has fine appearance, smooth glue discharge, no wire drawing, good operation performance, convenient manual and machine glue application, and is widely used for flame retardant fixation of capacitors, coils and other components in electronic products.

3. Usage
1. substrate cleaning: remove and wash any pollutants that may affect the performance of the material to make it clean and dry.
2. Sizing: The glue can be applied to the sizing part of the corresponding substrate manually or by using glue dispensing equipment.
3. Curing: The product is a moisture curing material. Its surface drying and curing speed depend on the relative humidity and temperature of the environment in which the material is used.
Degree and sizing thickness.
4. surface drying curing time: under the conditions of 25oC and RH: 50%, the surface drying time is 2~15min, and the coating thickness of 2mm is preliminary
The curing time is about 24 hours and the best design performance is achieved after 7 days.
IV. Purpose
It is suitable for non-corrosive flame retardant bonding and fixing of common electronic components.
V. packaging, storage and transportation and shelf life
1. Package: 100ml/ piece
2. Storage and transportation: This product is non-toxic and non-dangerous. It should be transported according to common chemicals and stored in a cool (room temperature) dry place.
3. Shelf life: 6 months (below 23oC).
